Eligibility: Entrants must be USATT members, or purchase USATT membership
To Enter: Online registration at Stadiumtt.com with payment including all appropriate USATT fees. Online entry only.
Start Time: Facility opens at 1:30. Check in no later than 30 minutes before starting time.
Registration Deadline: 2/21/2025
Terms: Only prepaid entries accepted / No refunds for no shows
Officials: Tournament Director – Rachel Wang
Referee – Michael Levene, Umpire – Lei Wang
Equipment: 7 Butterfly Centerfold 25 tables and nets; good lighting & conditions. Only the approved USATT equipment will be used; 3-star white Butterfly Premium 40+ balls.
Clothing: Darker colors recommended; no white shirts; rubber-soled shoes only.
Players must follow all USATT tournament dress code regulations.
Rules: USATT sanctioned tournament; all USATT regulations apply.
Format: (all matches best-out-of-five to 11 points)
Four player preliminary round robin groups - top two players from each group advance to single elimination. Separation by club. Tournament director may adjust format for number of entries. Events with less than 4 players will be canceled.
Cancellation Deadline: Midnight on Feb 21, 2025. After this time all entries will be calculated into the prize payouts.
